What motivated you to participate in SAGSE this year and what do you hope to achieve with your presence at the tradeshow?

First of all, SAGSE is a space where we consider it essential to be present. It is an opportunity for our company to strengthen the link with our customers and to be aware of new opportunities. Through direct contact, we can get to know in depth the new challenges they face in the current context and, based on them, develop creative and customised solutions.

In addition, the exhibition allows us to analyse market trends. It is important for us to keep up to date and on the move. That's why we make the most of these opportunities for learning and exchange.

How do you think your product or service can help address the specific challenges faced by the gaming industry in Argentina?

As a restless company, we are constantly looking for innovative solutions, in order to offer comprehensive solutions that address the specific challenges of today's market.

In this context, we believe that innovation in in-room operations should be aimed at self-management by the end users or customers. This trend is driven by the increasingly common use of mobile devices, which are already part of everyday life for each of us.

In this respect, we believe that self-management via mobile applications is an ideal solution. However, this is only the beginning. The real innovation lies in the integration with virtual wallets, which will allow users to be 100% self-managed and dispense with the use of physical banknotes. Integration with Mercado Pago, one of GST's innovative solutions, not only offers greater convenience and security to users, but also reduces operational costs for gaming venues, streamlines operations and reduces the use of cash, resulting in a better gaming experience and a safer environment.

Online gaming presents new challenges to the industry, with a 20% growth in the last year. As we are not exempt from this, we have been working on an online gaming platform for some time and have been productive since the middle of last year.

Our platform, used for Betsur.bet.ar, offers an intuitive and secure user experience, with a wide variety of games and sports betting. Currently, the gaming industry in Argentina is in a moment of change, marked by a series of trends that are redefining the sector's landscape. Among the most relevant, as mentioned above, we can highlight the rise of online gaming, the growing demand for self-management by users, the integration with virtual wallets and the search for more personalised experiences.

As far as the growth of online gambling is concerned, the new trends are sports betting, which has a strong impact on the younger generations. Special attention will have to be paid to this.
